Description
Northwestern Medicine is hiring a full-time Respiratory Care Practitioner I - Float for 36 hours per week, based at McHenry Hospital with scheduled float to Woodstock and Huntley hospitals and an ideal willingness to float to Lake Forest Hospital. The role provides respiratory assessment, therapy, monitoring, education, emergency response, multidisciplinary collaboration, and student precepting. Applicants must graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program, hold an active or pending Illinois Respiratory Care License within six months of hire, and be certified as a CRT or RRT with BLS; NRP, PALS, and ACLS are preferred.
