Description
The Respiratory Therapist role provides adult and geriatric critical care services, including extubation, airway management, suctioning, pulmonary hygiene, medication administration, high-flow oxygen therapy, BiPAP and CPAP, mechanical ventilation weaning, and respiratory equipment troubleshooting. The position requires two years of experience, an active RRT SC, ACLS and BLS certifications, trauma Level 1 experience, and one year of EPIC experience. The schedule is 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with every-other weekend availability and agency staff required to float to other units or campuses as needed.
