Description
The Respiratory Therapist will assess and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders, administer prescribed medications and oxygen therapy, educate patients and families, collaborate with physicians and nurses, monitor treatment progress, and respond to emergency situations. The role requires a current state license, Basic Life Support certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
