Easterseals Crossroads is hiring a Respite Care Provider to support individuals with disabilities during respite programs such as Parents' Night/Day Out, Teen Night Out, Friday Night Out, One-On-One Respite Care, and Community Outings. The role provides safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate care; facilitates activities; assists with medication administration; maintains clean activity areas; supports volunteers; and communicates respectfully with participants, families, coworkers, and management. The position pays $15 per hour, offers a free meal each shift, and provides flexible scheduling with approximately five hours per week.
