Pathways to Community is hiring a part-time Weekend Respite Lead 1 to oversee and support a weekend respite program for adults with developmental disabilities in the Twin Cities Metro area. The role leads staff, provides supervision and personal-care assistance, cooks and cleans, administers medications, transports individuals to community events, and requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, English communication skills, water-activity ability, and background-check clearance. Compensation is $18.75 per hour, with mileage and cell-phone reimbursements, paid time off, and advancement opportunities.
