Consumer Direct Care Network is hiring a part-time Respite Worker in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to provide respite care for an elementary-age child with autism in the child’s home. The role includes supervision and safety, toileting assistance, activities of daily living, meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and transportation to community outings. The schedule is four hours per week during afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with a flexible schedule to be determined by the family. The position pays $17.66 per hour, requires authorization to work in the United States, a criminal and caregiver background check, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and prefers childcare or respite care experience, autism or developmental disability experience, and high school and college education.
