Consumer Direct Care Network is hiring a part-time Respite Provider in the Wausau area to support a teenage girl with special needs. The role provides companionship, supervision, safety, communication, boundary-setting, engagement, and assistance with confidence, independence, and life skills, with work in the provider’s home or the community. The schedule is 20 hours per week after school, four days per month on every other weekend, with pay of $17.66 per hour for shifts under eight hours or $256.00 per day for longer shifts. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, background-check willingness, and experience with youths with behavioral or mental health issues are required; previous respite experience is preferred.
