Surrey Choices is hiring a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in overseeing the daily operation of an 8-bed CQC-registered respite service for people with learning disabilities and complex needs in Banstead, Surrey. The role involves person-centred care, staff recruitment and onboarding, service-user assessment, family and practitioner liaison, equipment setup, regulatory compliance, and team development. It is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position with Monday-to-Sunday shift work, including 7am–9pm coverage, and pays £31,540 to £33,210 per annum.
