Description
The Respite Support Associate, Float Pool provides professionally guided 24/7 support to individuals receiving respite services, including assistance with personal care, household management, medication administration, transportation, community activities, advocacy, crisis intervention, and documentation. The role works under a team lead or assistant director, requires varied and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and offers $21–$25 per hour. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience implementing formal behavior plans with individuals presenting challenging behaviors and behavioral crises, and a valid driving license with access to a safe vehicle.
