Description
The role manages the full public-tender cycle for a medium-sized construction company, from monitoring and selecting tenders through feasibility analysis, qualification checks, technical and economic offer preparation, e-procurement platform coordination, and post-award activities. It requires an engineering or law degree, at least 4–6 years of experience in public construction tenders, knowledge of Italian public procurement rules, and familiarity with construction qualifications and tender platforms. The position offers a fixed-term contract with a base salary of €50,000–€55,000 and is governed by the construction collective bargaining agreement.
