Description
The UAP Manager is responsible for ensuring production schedules and group processes are followed, achieving financial objectives through budgeting and cost management, maintaining product margins and serial production productivity, and managing the UAP team for staffing, HSE compliance, training, and career development. The role requires strong leadership, autonomy, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in English and French, and at least five years of experience in manufacturing operations or a production environment. The salary range is EUR 55,000 to EUR 65,000.
