Marine Spill Response Corporation is hiring a Response Manager to lead site and vessel resources, equipment, personnel, contractors, and spill-response operations for 24/7/365 readiness. The role manages FRV crew licensing and scheduling, oversees contracts and budgets, supports customer and agency relationships, and leads safety, training, and operational excellence. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a marine or environmental discipline or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressive leadership experience, advanced oil spill and mariner vessel management knowledge, and the ability to respond to emergencies within two hours. The position is based in Long Beach, California, with other California locations potentially considered, and offers an annual salary of $87,880 to $180,107.20 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
