Whatcom County is hiring a Response Systems Supervisor to oversee the GRACE program, which supports individuals who are high utilizers of emergency and criminal justice systems. The role supervises field staff, contractors, volunteers, and interns; coordinates program operations, policy, planning, data analysis, budgeting, staffing, and community partnerships; and represents the County to external stakeholders. The position is based at State Street and pays $7,203–$10,458 per month, with annual pay increases and possible COLA adjustments.
