Description
This role involves managing and supporting various preconstruction project activities, designing and producing roadway plans, and providing engineering expertise for transportation projects. The individual will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, develop and implement policies, and participate in engineering studies. Key responsibilities include conducting engineering studies, managing contracts, improving processes, and overseeing project management and documentation.
