Description
This role involves managing and supporting various preconstruction project activities, designing and producing right of way and construction roadway plans, and overseeing enhancement and locally administered programs. The individual will provide engineering expertise, offer recommendations for issue resolution, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities also include assisting in policy development, conducting engineering studies, managing contracts, improving processes, and leading project teams.
