Microsoft is hiring a Responsible Content Analyst 2 for its CoreAI Responsible AI Operations team. The role investigates cyber-based misuse and safety risks across Microsoft AI products, including malicious code generation, phishing, social engineering, credential abuse, malware, reconnaissance, and attempts to circumvent safety controls. Responsibilities include reviewing prompts, model outputs, account activity, and multimodal content; analyzing abuse and operational data; developing moderation guidelines and taxonomies; supporting escalations and customer appeals; and translating findings into detection, policy, and product-mitigation recommendations. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience, along with Microsoft security screening. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $77,800-$153,700 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
