Description
Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner on day-to-day restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, oversee cost centers, and create a memorable experience for guests and team members. The role requires at least 21 years of age, two years of management experience, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, reliable transportation, strong communication and leadership skills, P&L knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of health codes and experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules. The position offers a base pay range of $55,000 to $70,500, uncapped bonus potential, health, vision, and dental coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
