Description
Bartell Hotels is seeking a Restaurant / Bar Supervisor to supervise front-of-house operations during assigned shifts, including AM shifts on Saturday and Sunday, a PM shift on Monday, and two additional PM shifts as a bartender or server. The role focuses on maintaining service standards, supporting servers, bussers, and bartenders, addressing guest concerns, coordinating parties and reservations, ensuring cleanliness and supplies, and assisting with hiring and scheduling. The position requires previous restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
