Description
The Restaurant Cook prepares healthy menu items according to recipes, manages food production flow, maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety, and supports the Bistro and sandwich and salad stations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift more than 20 pounds, ServSafe certification within 90 days, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days. Experience in fast-casual or full-service restaurants and recipe preparation is preferred.
