Description
The Restaurant/Dining Room Assistant Intern will support lunch and dinner service at Le Palace Fouquet’s Courchevel under the supervision of the Maître d'Hôtel and Chefs de Rang. Responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, carrying trays and transporting food and drinks, relaying orders and customer requests between the kitchen and dining room, anticipating server needs, and maintaining dining areas according to HACCP rules. The intern must be a hospitality school student, energetic, responsive, a strong team player, and able to work at the fast pace of the winter season. The internship starts in November 2026 and includes accommodation, shuttles, and a food benefit.
