Description
Thind Management is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor/Floor Manager to oversee front-of-house operations in a fine-dining restaurant. The role manages servers, hosts, and bartenders; coordinates with the kitchen; handles guest service, complaints, reservations, and VIP relationships; trains and develops service staff; and ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. The position requires prior fine-dining or upscale hospitality experience, strong leadership and customer-service skills, knowledge of wine and menu service, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
