Description
The Restaurant General Manager will lead a restaurant team, recruit and train staff, develop performance and training plans, resolve conflicts, engage with customers, schedule staff, coach management, analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and support product rollouts. The role requires five years of restaurant or retail management experience, P&L analysis, digital tool proficiency, strong communication, people-development, recruiting, and food-safety knowledge.
