Border Foods is hiring a General Manager for its restaurant at 100 Schumann Dr NW, Stewartville, Minnesota. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, including scheduling, employee performance, customer service, point-of-sale systems, health and safety, financial performance, hiring, training, inventory, and loss prevention. Candidates need at least three years of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and ServeSafe certification. The position is exempt, requires a minimum of 50 hours per week, and offers base pay of $50,000 to $100,000 annually plus bonus potential and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
