Border Foods is hiring a General Manager for its restaurant at 2700 Mt Rushmore Road, Rapid City, South Dakota. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, including scheduling and deploying staff, coaching and developing team members, maintaining point-of-sale and accounting systems, ensuring health and safety standards, managing customer complaints, and driving profitability through P&L analysis, labor and inventory control, and waste management. The position requires at least three years of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a ServeSafe certification, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation is listed as $50,000 to $100,000 per year, with base pay plus bonus potential.
