Border Foods is hiring a General Manager for its restaurant at 1406 4th Street NW, Austin, Minnesota. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, including scheduling, employee performance, customer service, point-of-sale systems, health and safety, financial performance, hiring, training, inventory, and loss prevention. The position requires at least three years of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a minimum of 18 years of age, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma or equivalent. It is an exempt management role expected to work at least 50 hours per week, with potential compensation of $50,000 to $100,000 per year plus bonus potential.
