Pilot Flying J is hiring Restaurant General Managers to operate high-volume quick-service restaurants. The role is accountable for financial and operational performance, guest service, team leadership, human resources, P&L analysis, and inventory control. Applicants must be willing to relocate, have at least 2–3 years of management experience in a relevant service industry with financial responsibility, and be able to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. The position offers a starting annual pay range of $47,300 to $68,555, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
