RH Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence in its restaurants. The role leads and develops team members, oversees recruitment and onboarding, sets dining-room strategy, manages operational quality and safety, serves as a brand ambassador, and drives labor, sales, inventory, and profitability performance through cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least five years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent education and experience, along with expertise in financial performance, Microsoft Excel, inventory management, and Micros Point of Sale.
