Description
The Restaurant General Manager will lead Harrimans, a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond fine dining restaurant within Salamander Middleburg. The role oversees restaurant operations, guest experience, service standards, team development, financial performance, labor and inventory controls, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. It requires hands-on dining-room leadership, strong hospitality and wine-service knowledge, and experience managing high-performing restaurant teams. The position offers a starting salary of $100,000 plus a bonus opportunity, relocation assistance, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
