Description
The Restaurant General Manager will lead a quick-service restaurant, driving operational excellence, sales growth, profitability, labour forecasting, safety, stock control, marketing, and business performance. The role also recruits, trains, coaches, and develops a high-performing team while maintaining company standards and fostering a positive work environment. Candidates need 3–5 years of hospitality or quick-service restaurant management experience, strong English, numeracy, and MS Office skills, Grade 12, and a genuine passion for product quality, customer service, and the KFC brand.
