Chili's is hiring a restaurant Host to warmly welcome Guests, manage the wait list, answer and direct telephone calls, communicate concerns to Managers, support fellow Team Members, and help maintain a safe, welcoming dining environment. The role requires a friendly and caring attitude, quick thinking in a fast-paced high-volume setting, prolonged standing, and the ability to safely lift and maneuver food trays; no prior experience is necessary.
