Mauna Kea Resort is hiring an MK Host/Hostess for its food and beverage restaurant division. The role welcomes and seats guests, manages reservations and seating, coordinates wait staff, supports efficient restaurant service, handles guest requests and complaints, maintains dining areas, and recommends resort facilities. It requires strong verbal and phone communication, menu knowledge, cleanliness, the ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, lift up to 25 pounds, and schedule flexibility, including working over 40 hours when needed.
