The role greets guests, manages reservations, coordinates with restaurant staff, communicates menu options, assists with seating, handles complaints, and maintains a clean dining environment. Candidates need prior restaurant-hostess or similar experience, strong customer service and communication skills, restaurant-operation knowledge, organizational ability, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The package includes AED 3,000–3,500 plus food, service, credit-card tips, accommodation, transport, uniforms, health insurance, and paid leave.
