Description
Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality and brand standards, manage inventory and ordering, and support key P&L performance. The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, strong communication and leadership skills, P&L knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of health codes and experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and hot schedules. The position offers a base pay range of $55,000 to $70,500, uncapped bonus potential, health, vision, and dental coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
