7-Eleven is hiring an emerging leader to oversee in-store quick-serve restaurant operations, including fresh food service, sales growth, profitability, inventory, vendor relationships, food quality, equipment maintenance, scheduling, and team development. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of food service, quick-service restaurant, or casual fast-food preparation leadership experience, food-handling certification, leadership and communication skills, business and P&L knowledge, Microsoft Office and point-of-sale proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
