7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Leader Trainee to join its restaurant management team. The role involves supervising and coaching restaurant employees, maintaining store conditions and compliance with company policies and health standards, overseeing merchandising and marketing programs, using P&L and store reports to drive change, and communicating effectively. Candidates should have supervisory experience, strong customer-service leadership skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
