Description
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the restaurant's service operations, lead and coordinate the service team, organize scheduling and reservations, manage guest service and complaints, collaborate with the kitchen and bar, monitor cash registers and inventory, and contribute to overall restaurant operations. The role requires upscale hospitality experience, leadership and organizational skills, food and beverage knowledge, and proficient German; it is a full-time position starting 01.10.2026 with performance-based compensation.
