The role manages front-of-house staff, schedules, payroll, inventory, cost controls, reservations, seating assignments, sanitation, customer service, and guest complaints while maintaining client satisfaction and budget standards. Candidates need two years of food-service management experience, strong communication and computer skills, and preferably cost-control, ServSafe, and associate-degree experience.
