Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Good knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and restaurant operations.
Excellent command of English; an additional language will be considered an asset.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to build effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Flexibility to support other properties as a task force member when required.
