Domes Resorts is hiring a Restaurant Manager for MAKRIS Athens, its first degustation restaurant in Thissio, Athens, led by Michelin-starred Chef Patron Petros Dimas. The role is responsible for daily operations, guest experience, team leadership, service standards, financial performance, staffing, scheduling, cost control, and compliance with health and hygiene regulations. Candidates must have at least 4 years of Michelin-starred or equivalent fine-dining experience, proven leadership in luxury hospitality, strong knowledge of wine service and guest experience, excellent English, and strong organizational and people-management skills. The position offers a competitive remuneration package, continuous training, and an indefinite contract.
