Responsible for managing an Independent Domino’s Franchisee restaurant, ensuring high-quality products and customer service, overseeing profitability, staff management, compliance with company policies and laws, administrative and cash management duties, customer interaction, order taking, confidential information handling, credit transactions, and bank deposits. The role requires physical work in a restaurant and delivery environment, including lifting, standing, driving, and handling equipment, with a preference for prior restaurant management or supervision experience and basic accounting knowledge.
