The role oversees daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling and development, budgeting, purchasing, cost control, food quality, service, hygiene, menu development, guest relations, and opening and closing procedures. Candidates should have prior restaurant or hotel leadership experience, knowledge of finance and personnel management, strong organizational and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; English speaking and writing is an advantage.
