The Restaurant Manager supports the restaurant manager in professional, organizational, and day-to-day operational leadership, representing the manager in their absence, coordinating staff and schedules, maintaining quality standards, onboarding and coaching team members, and managing products, ordering, inventory, and stocktaking. The role requires hospitality or hotel operations qualifications, comparable experience, wine knowledge, German and English skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
