Oregano’s Pizza Bistro is hiring a Support Manager to lead restaurant operations, manage shift staffing, coach and develop team members, maintain food safety and recipe compliance, resolve guest concerns, and complete administrative duties. The role requires high-volume restaurant management experience, familiarity with Windows/Office and point-of-sale systems, flexibility for a 55-hour week including weekends and holidays, a valid driver’s license, food safety and alcohol certifications, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
