Raising Cane’s is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader and manage day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts. The role includes opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash, directing crewmembers, enforcing company standards, providing customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and completing required training. Candidates need at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of staffing and scheduling, and the ability to work varied shifts. The position offers an initial pay range of $24.75–$25.50 per hour, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
