Description
The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in operating a single Red Robin restaurant unit in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, sanitation, safety, and service standards; controlling food, beverage, and labor costs; hiring, training, and developing hourly team members; improving guest satisfaction and sales; supervising non-exempt team members; overseeing beverage purchasing; and preparing team reviews. The role requires at least one year of full-service restaurant experience, leadership and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to lift approximately 50 pounds. The salary range is $50,000-$60,000+ based on experience, plus a bonus.
