Xara Collection is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in an upscale hospitality setting. The role oversees daily service, staff leadership and training, reservations, guest experience, private events, hygiene and safety compliance, financial performance, staffing, and coordination with the kitchen. Candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-end or fine-dining environment, strong hospitality and food-and-beverage knowledge, and a valid Food Handler Licence under Maltese regulations.
