Description
The Restaurant Manager supports daily restaurant operations across service, kitchen, bar, and cash areas; assists with personnel management, shift planning, staff training, quality, hygiene, and service standards; analyzes key performance indicators; and prepares for initial management responsibilities. The role requires training or a degree in gastronomy, hotel management, or business administration, strong communication and teamwork skills, organizational ability, and a customer- and service-oriented approach.
