Social Cantina is hiring a Manager in Germantown, Tennessee, to oversee either Service, Kitchen, or Bar operations. The role is hands-on and includes hiring and training staff, inventory control, guest experience, food safety and alcohol compliance, equipment inspections, cross-department coordination, and labor-cost management. Candidates must work at least 45 hours per week, be available for nights, weekends, and holidays, hold responsible-alcohol-service certification and applicable state licenses, and be ServSafe Manager certified or willing to obtain certification.
