Description
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations across Swadley’s BBQ locations, including guest service, food quality, staff hiring and development, scheduling, labor and inventory management, food safety, cleanliness, and sales and profitability. The role requires prior restaurant management or leadership experience, strong leadership and communication skills, business acumen, and availability for evenings, weekends, and certain holidays. The salary is $48,000 and up plus a bonus.
