Bellezza Group is hiring a Restaurant Manager to independently manage an upscale restaurant in Munich. The role leads and develops the service team, oversees daily operations, guest experience, staffing, inventory, cost control, hygiene and HACCP compliance, cash and administrative tasks, and coordination with the kitchen and management. Candidates need vocational training or several years of upscale food-service or hospitality experience, leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, POS knowledge, and familiarity with hygiene and HACCP guidelines.
